HOW TO USE JADE ROLLER
- Apply a cream, serum, or oil to your face and neck.
- Roll the jade roller gently over your forehead, starting at the center and moving outwards. Repeat this motion several times.
- Move to your cheeks and under-eye area, again starting at the center and moving outwards. Repeat this motion several times.
- Roll the jade roller over your jawline and neck, starting at the center and moving outwards. Repeat this motion several times.
- Use the smaller end of the jade roller for the under-eye and around the nose area
HOW TO USE GUA SHA
- Apply a cream, serum, or oil to your face and neck.
- Hold the Gua Sha tool at a 15-degree angle and gently scrape it across your skin, starting from your chin and moving upward towards your ears. Repeat this motion several times.
- Use the flat side of the tool to scrape across your cheeks, starting from your nose and moving outward towards your ears. Repeat this motion several times.
- Using the 2 points of the tool, massage your eyebrows and under eyes in an outward motion towards your temples, repeating 10 times per eye
